Tewkesbury (Gloucestershire) Historic Town Clue Hunt
£15.00

Unless you live there I’l wager you don’t know too much about lil’ old Tewkesbury other than maybe that it has an abbey. Well as someone who’s spent quite a bit of time there, including a chunk of my misspent youth, I can tell you there’s lots to discover including battle sites, riverside walks and the Severn Ham (disclaimer: not actually made of ham). And if you’re into alleyways, you’re about to have the best day of your life.

Marylebone (London) Metropolitan City Clue Hunt

Marylebone looks effortlessly elegant (unlike me) — leafy streets, grand terraces, and the sort of shops that sell things you didn’t know you needed until now (looking at you Daunt Books). With more blue plaques than you can shake a stick at, it seems anyone who was ever anyone lived in the vicinity. Including of course one Detective Holmes…

Cirencester (Gloucestershire) Historic Town Clue Hunt

Cirencester calls itself the Capital of the Cotswolds which is quite a bold claim, but given all the celebs who now live in the area I think let’s let them have it. At X Hunts, we personally encountered Nick Knowles several times in one afternoon (disclaimer: Nick Knowles not guaranteed). Cirencester is a town mostly made of honey-coloured stone and excellent pubs and we’re here for it. Beneath that however lies centuries of history and plenty of curious details ready for you discover, like a chuffing mahoosive hedge.

Duration: 2 hours approx.
Distance: Approximately 1.9 miles / 3km

Maritime Greenwich (London) Historic City Clue Hunt
£15.00

Greenwich! Almost too much to take in! Home of the Naval College, Royal Observatory, Planetarium, a very cool market that sells ace tacos, lots of awesome pubs and some great riverside walks. Also it got attacked in that Thor movie (but don’t even get us started on the egregiously wrong Tube directions). Anyway, we’ve made an X Hunt here, and it takes in lots of great stuff. Enjoy!

Price: £15 (including free UK first-class postage)
Duration: Around 3 hours
Distance: Approximately 4.3km / 2.7 miles
